Black truffles | Minced

Mashed truffles are ideal for refining pastas, risottos or fritaja dishes.  It is prepared by mixing minced truffles with extra virgin olive oil. It is spiced solely with salt in order to emphasize the unique truffle aroma.

Ingredients: black truffles (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, flavour, salt. pepper.

Storage: Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at +2°C til 6°C and use within 7 days.
