TURKEY BREASTS & WHITE MINCED TRUFFLE
Truffle Main Dish
800g Turkey breast
200g Single cream
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add seasoned turkey steaks and slowly saute’ for 10 minutes.
When the meat is ready let it sit in another vessel.
Add cream and White truffles | Minced to the remaining butter in the frying pan.
Season the sauce to your taste, let it boil for a little while and then add the turkey steaks.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
A few drops of White truffle olive oil can be added to the ready meal. .
Serve with boiled vegetables or roasted potatoes
