FISH FILLETS & CHOPPED BLACK TRUFFLES

Ingredients

4 fish fillets
-
40 g butter
-
200 g single cream
-
3 tablespoons of olive oil
-
1/2 glass of wine
-
salt
-
pepper
-
black truffle olive oil (optional)
Directions
Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Coat them in flour and fry on butter and olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.
When ready let them sit in another vessel.
Pour the wine into the pan with the remaining oil and boil for a little while.
Add cream and Chopped black truffles and season to Your taste.
Put the fish fillets into the ready sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
A few drops of Black truffle olive oilcan be added.
Serve with boiled vegetables.
Once opened consume within seven days.
