Directions

1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. 

2. Coat them in flour and fry on butter and olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

3. When ready let them sit in another vessel.

4. Pour the wine into the pan with the remaining oil and boil for a little while. 

5. Add cream and Chopped black truffles and season to Your taste. 

6. Put the fish fillets into the ready sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. 

7. A few drops of Black truffle olive oilcan be added. 

8. Serve with boiled vegetables. 

9. Once opened consume within seven days.
