ISTRIAN PASTA "FUŽI" WITH TARTUFATA

Istrian fuži pasta 500 g
- Tartufata 80 g
Fine flour 30 g
Butter 30 g
Vegetable stock 2 dcl
Grana Padano 45 g
Melt butter on low heat.
Add flour, stir, pour in some vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper.
Add «fuži» pasta, previously cooked in the salted water (al dente), into the sauce. Cook briefly.
In the end add Tartufata while stirring slowly and top with grated Grana Padano cheese.
