Chocolate and Truffle jam souffle

- Extra pear jam with truffles 80 g
- Dark chocolate with black truffle 60 g
butter 100 g
sugar 60 g
flour 90 g
Melt chocolate and butter together over steam.
Add whipped eggs, mix in truffle and pear jam.
Slowly add flour to the mixure and combine.
Butter and flour the moulds, pour in the mixure and bake in the oven at 200 C° ( 392 F) for eight minutes.
