Bread 4 slices

Istrian sausage with truffles 200 g

Cheese with truffles 240 g

Olives filled with cheese and truffles 190 g
Directions
Sprinkle bread slices with olive oil (from the olive jar), cut cheese into strips and place them on top of bread slices, bake in the oven at 180 C° ( 356 F) until cheese starts to melt.
Place Istrian sausage with truffles (thinly sliced) and olives filled with cheese on top of baked bruschetti.
