Ingredients: pears 52 %, sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, freeze-dried summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% - equivalent to 5 % of fresh truffles, ginger, acidity regulator: (citric acid), flavouring, piment.
Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, keep refrig- erated at +2°C to +8°C. Made with minimum 50g of fruit in 100g of product.
