GNOCCHI WITH TRUFFLES AND BOLETUS

Ingredients

130 g jarred Truffles and boletus
-
White truffle olive oil
-
1 kg gnocchi
-
80 g butter
-
200 g single cream
-
salt
-
Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat.
Add cream, salt, jarred Truffles and boletus.
Simmer gently and season to Your taste.
Pour the sauce over cooked and drained gnocchi.
Add grated parmesan cheese and, if wanted, a few drops of White truffle olive oil.
Once opened consume within seven days.
