ZIGANTE SANDWICH WITH TRUFFLE CHEESE

Ingredients

6 slices of Zigante truffle cheese

6 pieces of „cevapcici“

6 tablespoons of mustard

6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

2-3 fresh rucola

1 French Baguette

4-5 spoons of olive oil

1 spoon of Zigante black truffle olive oil

Fresh thyme (1 twig)

Directions
Cut the cheese to a thickness of a few milimeters, then cut the french buguette to 6 pieces and split them. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with a spoon of olive oil with black truffle.
Spread half of bread with the prepared olive oil and season it with thyme and black pepper. Place them on the baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for aprox. 5-8 minutes (until you'll see the golden baked color.)
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and bake cevapcici on both sides. At the end when cevapcici are almost roasted add the sliced truffle cheese and leave it until the cheese is melt.
Spread the bread with mayonnaise and mustard.
Add the prepared cevapcici with truffle cheese, some rucola on the top and cover with the other half of bread. Put a wooden stick on the burger and enjoy!
