Baby beef & Black minced truffles

Ingredients for 4 portions:

Heat butter in a frying pan, add seasoned beef steaks. Fry them for 3 minutes on each side over low heat. When ready let them sit in another vessel. Add cream and Minced black truffles to the remaining butter in the frying pan. Season the sauce to your taste and cook for a little while. Add the beef steaks to the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. A few drops of Olive oil with black truffle flavour can be added. Serve with boiled vegetables or roasted potatoes.
