Mashed potatoes & Black truffles

Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 30 g Black truffles | Chopped
- Olive oil with black truffle flavour
- 1 kg potatoes
- 100 g butter
Slice the cleaned and peeled potatoes (equal slices) and boil themin salted water until soft. Drain them, mash them and add salt,butter, chopped black truffles and a few drops of Black truffle olive oil. Serve immediately as either a side or a main dish.
