• Risotto with boletus cream & boletus flavoured olive oil

Ingredients for 4 portions:

Fry rice on oil, cover with water and leave to boil. At the end of cooking, add boletus cream and grated grana padano cheese. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and Leccino extra virgin olive oil.
