Truffle break with truffles and olives

Truffles pocket with Zigante product Truffles and Olives. Great idea for a healthy lunch!

Ingredients:

500 g pastry

200 g cheese

250 g champignons

1 egg

500 g cooking cream

130 g Zigante truffles and olives

 

Cook at 200°C for 30 minutes!
