Mashed potatoes with Black Truffle Whole (Preserved)

The Black Truffle Whole does not replace the fresh truffle, but it is great to use it with truffle butter or truffle oil. So, here are a couple of quick steps how to use it:
- Remove the truffle from the jar and let it sit on a towel. Try gently to dry liquid still on the truffle.
- Thinly slice the truffle with a truffle slicer.
- Add to a dish at the end of a dishes cooking process with some truffle oil or butter with truffles.
