Gnocchi in (healthier) truffle mushroom sauce

This dish is great with rucola or radicchio and grana padano cheese. Enjoy it with a glass of good wine. 


 500 g of gnocchi

3 tablespoons of olive oil Istarska Bjelica

1 red onion

1 piece of garlic

500 g of fresh mushrooms

1 dl of red wine

300 ml of water

2 tablespoons of Zigante butter with white truffles

2 tablespoons of normal butter

juice of half lemon

Spices: salt, pepper, fresh thyme

Zigante whole black truffles conservated

Additional: Grana padano cheese or parmesan
