Cheese balls with Tartufata

  • 200g of goat cheese
  • 100g of Gauda cheese
  • 2 spoons of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Zigante tartufata
  • Some papper
  • Some ground walnuts
  • Salty crackers

After 20-30 minutes in the freezer roll the cheese balls with:

  • Some walnuts. parsley and dry salami

Enjoy your special truffle-cheese balls!
