Truffle and Porcini gnocchi
- Truffles and porcini mushrooms 130 g
gnocchi 500 g
butter 40 g
vegetable stock 1.5 dl
Grana Padano 40 g
Cook gnocchi in the salted boiling water.
Heat the vegetable stock in the pan, add porcini mushrooms, truffles and cook for two minutes.
Transfer boiled gnocchi into the pan, stir until all ingredients combine, serve by adding grated Grana Padano cheese.
