POLENTA WITH WHITE TARTUFATA
- White tartufata 80 g.
polenta 100 g.
water 4 dl.
cooking cream 1 dl.
butter 20 g.
Put salt and polenta into the boiling water.
Cook for three minutes while stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and add butter and 40 g of white tartufata.
Combine the ingredients.
Pour cooking cream into a heated pan and add the remaining white tartufata.
Serve polenta and pour the warm sauce over it.
